• Users must provide accurate information when registering for the service.
  
  
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, including passwords and login credentials.
  
  
• Users must promptly update their account information to maintain its accuracy and completeness.
  
  

• Review Magnet may only be used for legitimate reputation management and customer feedback purposes.
  
  
• Bulk messaging, review invites, and communications must comply with all applicable laws (spam, telemarketing, data protection).
  
  
• Users agree not to use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, or misleading activity.
  
  
• Widgets and review displays must only be deployed on sites you own or control.
  
  

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as chosen. Pricing is available in INR (Razorpay, UPI) or international currencies via Stripe.
  
  
• 14-day free trial: All new users can access full functionality risk-free, with no charge unless upgraded.
  
  
• Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  
  
• Refund policy: Unused services may be refunded within 7 days of payment, subject to review by our support team.
  
  

• We never sell, trade, or misuse user or customer review data.
  
  
• Data is stored securely in accordance with India’s IT Act, GDPR (EU), and other relevant regulations.
  
  
• Customer may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting support.
  
  
• By using the platform, you acknowledge that some data may be synced or transmitted to connected services as part of integrations.
  
  

• All reviews, analytics, and customer content remain the property of the business user.
  
  
• Review Magnet does not edit, alter, or fabricate customer reviews; our system only facilitates collection, analysis, and display.
  
  
• Businesses are responsible for ensuring reviews comply with laws, third-party platform policies, and Review Magnet’s guidelines.
  
  
• We reserve the right to remove or block content that is fraudulent, offensive, or violates regulations.
  
  

• Review Magnet strives for continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
  
  
• Scheduled maintenance and updates may occur with prior notice when possible.
  
  
• Feature updates and changes to service may be made at our discretion and will be communicated through platform announcements.
  
  

• Use of the platform is at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect losses, data breaches caused by third-party platforms, or business interruption outside our control.
  
  
• Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous billing cycle.
  
  

• Integrations with Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, Zomato, Practo, and other platforms are subject to those services’ terms, and Review Magnet cannot guarantee their continued availability.
  
  
• You agree to comply with all laws and platform guidelines for data, communication, and content display.
  
  

• You may terminate your account at any time. Any outstanding payments are due immediately.
  
  
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, unlawful use, or abuse of the platform.
  
  
• All provisions related to confidentiality, limits of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
  
  

• Review Magnet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  
  
• Notification of significant changes will be made via email or platform dashboard.
  
  
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
